Bob Moore
President & CEO
Before joining Aercor, Bob spent much of his career in various executive-level leadership roles with a global provider of technology product for the office equipment industry, eventually becoming President & CEO of the firm in 2016. Bob has extensive experience in both domestic and international markets and uses his strategic business sense to turn vision into reality.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota.
Bob enjoys time with his family and friends, including teaching his grandkids to fish and explore wild places.
Kerry Baubie
Chief Financial Officer
Kerry is one of the founders of Aercor and has been Chief Financial Officer for the company since its inception. A senior level executive with extensive experience in international distribution, manufacturing, retail and technology business models, Kerry’s proven abilities to improve operations, impact growth, and maximize profits through effective financial management, help ensure Aercor is a vibrant and compliant industry leader.
Kerry earned and a Bachelor of Science in accounting, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of St Thomas.

Darrel has been working in sales for over 31 years and the last 9 with Aercor. Satisfaction is the goal with each customer. By taking a consultative approach to complex network design and implementation, Darrel has helped many clients with networks that enable their success.
Darrel is an avid golfer and enjoys any and all sports. Christ is the center and his wife, Angela, and two grown children are his joy.

Guiding the day-to-day activity or assisting in the planning stage of projects to connect clients with essential technology solutions. Aligning business requirements with IT solutions to reach the goals set by each department within the organization. Connecting and securing organizations in a timely manner.
Scott has a background in Information Technology sales and Executive Leadership. Over 35 years of experience, bringing a unique blend of technological insight and strategic business acumen. He has achieved significant milestones by aligning IT solutions with business requirements, securing many valued client relationships, and facilitating seamless technology integrations.
Scott enjoys golfing, hiking, and skiing with his wife. Also, as much time as possible with his children and grandkids.
Steven Hicks
Regional VP of Sales - Managed Services
Steven brings over 30 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles, with a passion for helping organizations increase efficiency through strategic technology solutions. Before entering the world of IT sales, Steven held roles with The Ohio State University Football Program and in the Front Office of the Minnesota Vikings. This foundation taught him the value of teamwork, preparation, and performance—principles he brings into every customer engagement.
As a trusted advisor, Steven takes a consultative approach, leading with integrity and a deep commitment to understanding each client’s goals. He specializes in helping businesses scale smartly, aligning solutions with both security and budget requirements.
Born and raised in Central Ohio, Steven and his family are proud to call Eden Prairie, Minnesota home. When he’s not working with customers, you’ll likely find him fishing Minnesota’s lakes with family and friends.

Jeremy Wirtz

Jeremy joined Aercor in 2010 after many years of customer service inside and outside of the IT world. Jeremy has been involved with radio and RF since 1991 when he earned his amateur radio license, then in the Army as a Microwave Systems Operator/Repairer, and now with Aercor. Jeremy has owned and operated several non-technical companies providing a high level of customer service. Today, Jeremy’s focus is on wireless products and services that Aercor offers. Jeremy strives to have positive working relationships with our customers and has proven this time and time again.
Chris Leach
WLAN & Network Engineer
Evans, GA
Chris has been in the IT field for a little over 31 years in various environments, from 8 years serving in the Marine Corps, IBM, GE and various other networking companies. He has also spent time in the government realm working overseas as a government contractor in support of Army Material Command in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting our troops with end-to-end communications, from the installation and support of satellite communications, network stack to edge computing. Chris came to Aercor from higher ed about 5 years ago and brings a vast knowledge of switching expertise across various manufacturers along with more wireless knowledge to support the team. Always willing to go the extra mile, problem solving is what he loves to do. He also enjoys golf, photography and helping others in any way he can.
Casey Iles
Systems Engineer Fort Dodge, IA
Casey Iles is a seasoned IT professional and educator with deep expertise in networking, virtualization, and IT infrastructure. He has held progressive roles across the industry—including Network Field Technician, Systems Support Specialist, and Instructor—delivering customized, scalable solutions for diverse business environments. As the former Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor for the Computer Networking Technology program at Iowa Central Community College, Casey led curriculum development, built advanced lab environments, and mentored emerging professionals to align with industry certifications and workforce needs. Known for his genuine commitment to student success and customer satisfaction, he approaches every challenge with a service-oriented mindset.
