For the sales position (Account Executive), we are looking for a candidate that has a proven track record of performing business-to-business sales, preferably in the IT industry. The person needs to be self motivated, with strong communication skills, a quick learner, comfortable presenting to small groups, strong personality, outgoing, and likes to have fun. Responsibilities would include generating and developing new business via traditional sales and marketing venues, servicing existing customers, fielding and cultivating leads from partners, etc…Education – Business Sales & Marketing a plus, or real world experience is preferred.   Position Available in MN & IL: WLAN SYSTEMS ENGINEER
  For the engineer position (WLAN Systems Engineer), we are looking for someone that has experience and knowledge of IP networking, WLAN experience is a plus. This position includes performing sales calls with an Account Executive to determine the needs and requirements of customer’s WLAN and Mobility needs. This person will also be responsible for designing agnostic solutions for our customers, and be able to present their recommendations on both a technical and a business level. You will also be required to implement the recommended solutions for the customers, and be able to provide training and support. Aercor Wireless will provide formal training for the right candidate. Some travel required, but usually local to the Midwest. Education background in technology a plus, but again, equivalent experience is acceptable.
